Umbuchung/Stornierung:  Wünscht der Kunde die Umbuchung einer Tennisleistung, gewährt Royal Tennis Mallorca S.L.U.(RTM) dies gebührenfrei, sofern verfügbar. Die kundenseitige Stornierung von Paketleistungen führt zu folgenden pauschalierten Stornierungsgebühren: Bis 30 Tage vor Leistungsbeginn 20% des Paketleistungspreises .Ab 29 Tage vor Leistungsbeginn 90% des Paketleistungspreises. 

Schlechtwetterregelung: RTM ist nicht der Eigentümer oder Betreiber der Tennisanlagen. Dies ist das jeweilige Hotel bzw. unabhängige Anlagenbetreiber. RTM mietet lediglich einzelne Tennisplätze für das Training oder das freie Spielen an. RTM erbringt unabhängig von der Wettersituation die Leistung der Vorreservierung der Tennisplätze, der Trainerstunden und hat einen oder mehrere Trainer organisiert und eingesetzt. Im Falle von Regen werden ausgefallene Stunden nachgeholt, je nach Verfügbarkeit, Bespielbarkeit und Wetterlage. Sollte dies unmöglich sein, kann RTM den bezahlten Betrag für Platzmiete oder Training leider nicht erstatten. Wir bemühen uns jedoch eine kundenorientierte und kulante Lösung zu finden.

Rebooking/Cancellation: If the customer wishes to rebook a tennis service, Royal Tennis Mallorca S.L.U. (RTM) will grant this free of charge, if it is available. Cancellation of package services by the customer results in the following flat-rate cancellation fees: Up to 30 days before the start of the service, 20% of the package service price. From 29 days before the start of the service, 90% of the package service price.

Bad weather policy: RTM is not the owner or operator of the tennis facilities. This is the respective hotel or independent facility operator. RTM only rents individual tennis courts for training or free play. Regardless of the weather situation, RTM provides the service of pre-booking the tennis courts and training lessons and has organized and deployed one or more trainers. In the event of rain, missed lessons will be made up, depending on availability, playability and weather conditions. If this is not possible, RTM unfortunately cannot refund the amount paid for court rental or training. However, we will endeavour to find a customer-oriented and accommodating solution.
